Chapter 25: Big Dress, Little Jacket

Each fashion week, I become obsessed with one particular mode of styling. Last season, it was intense layering. And now, allow me to introduce you to one of my new favorite outfit formulas for the late winter/early spring. Big dress, little jacket.
My proposal is simple, really: choose any voluminous dress and pair it with the tiniest jacket or bolero. Extra credit if it’s a weird texture, or chunky. As seen above with these sleeves made of metal-tipped blackened bows, or this vintage red marabou shrug, below.
